Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Crozet, Virginia. Compensation is $15.00 per hour with multiple shifts available including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The role involves picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling to ensure accurate and safe order fulfillment.

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM

• Work collaboratively with other members of the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Requirements

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
