ManpowerGroup is seeking a Record Center Specialist 1 in New Castle, DE, to support day-to-day record processing and order fulfillment. The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, standing for long periods, and safe operation of hand trucks and pallet jacks.

Work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, five days a week. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers onboarding and potential advancement to a full-time role within IRM.

Formación

• Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to read and write English to follow labels and orders.
• Experience using material handling equipment (hand carts, pallet jacks).

Responsabilidades

• Process orders by moving, loading, and organizing storage boxes and totes.
• Lift and move boxes ranging from 10–100 lbs as required.
• Safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks on varied surfaces.
• Use a proprietary system to track orders and locate boxes.
• Prepare pallets and ensure safe loading and shipping.
