Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for the Division of Plastic Surgery in Charlotte. This full-time, Mon-Fri inpatient role supports reconstructive procedures across head/neck, craniofacial, and breast reconstructions, with outpatient clinic 2–3 times weekly and potential OR time.

The team includes 9 surgeons and 7 APPs; you will join a high-volume plastic surgery service focusing on complex reconstructions and multidisciplinary patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible for a DEA license.
• Approved to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state.
• Eligible for prescriptive authority application.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider from AHA required with expiration >90 days.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient management with variable patient load.
• Outpatient APP clinic 2-3 times weekly.
• Perform minor bedside surgical procedures.
• Opportunity for operating room involvement as needed.
