Job summary

iicrc is seeking a skilled Reconstruction Project Associate to plan and execute restoration projects, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction across client engagements.

The role involves scoping projects, coordinating materials, timelines, and budgets, and maintaining clear communications with customers and teams. On-site work in Fayetteville, NC with physical demands included.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the following trades: installation of insulation, drywall and trim to include baseboard, door casing etc.
• Painting walls, ceiling and trim. Apply hand, knock-down and popcorn textures
• Installation of crawl space insulation
• Ability to install LVP and tile flooring
• Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical work

Plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers and clients alike. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
