Job summary

DRYmedic® Restoration Services is currently seeking a Reconstruction Technician. This role involves all phases of residential and commercial site rehabilitation, from framing to finish work.

You will report to the Reconstruction Manager and contribute to quality workmanship on a variety of projects. You'll handle insulation, drywall, carpentry, painting, and light plumbing/electrical, document daily progress with photos, and keep clients informed.

Qualifications

• IICRC certificate is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and adapt.
• Basic knowledge of using tools.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Reconstruction Manager.
• Direct labor on site including insulation, drywall, rough carpentry, finished carpentry, painting, light plumbing and electrical.
• Report daily progress to Reconstruction Manager/Superintendent.
• Take production photos and upload to dash and note progress in a job note.

We work as efficiently as possible to get our client's property back to its pre-loss condition, without the red tape. Our team will work with the insurance adjuster to ensure the claim is filed properly and accurately. We will ensure the project stays on time and on budget by communicating with the client every step of the way.

• Responsible for direct labor on job, including but not limited to insulation, drywall, rough carpentry, finished carpentry, painting, light plumbing and electrical.
• Reports daily progress to Reconstruction Manager/Superintendent for progress updates.
• Takes production photos of job progress daily; uploads to dash and notes progress in a job note.

Compensation: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
