Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Reconstruction Technician to perform all phases of residential and commercial site rehabilitation. The role involves insulation, drywall, carpentry, painting, light plumbing and electrical work on site.

Report to the Reconstruction Manager and document daily progress with photos and notes. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, with a fast-paced environment and a focus on quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• IICRC Certificate is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of using tools and how to use them.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Reconstruction Manager.
• Responsible for direct labor on job, including but not limited to insulation, drywall, rough carpentry, finished carpentry, painting, light plumbing and electrical.
• Reports daily progress to Reconstruction Manager/Superintendent for progress updates.
• Takes production photos of job progress daily; uploads to dash and notes progress in a job note.

Education

IICRC Certificate is a plus
