Blue Collar Services in Sarasota, Florida is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager / Sales Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects from initial estimate to completion while developing new business.

The role blends hands-on project management with sales, customer service, and coordination with insurance professionals, subcontractors, and referral partners to deliver quality work on time and profitably.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential and/or commercial reconstruction projects.
• Knowledge of restoration, remodeling, and building materials.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from estimate through completion.
• Evaluate property damage and determine necessary repair scopes.
• Review mitigation docs and prepare estimates, scopes of work, budgets, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, materials, inspections, and schedules.
• Monitor costs, timelines, quality, and profitability.
• Conduct on-site visits and document progress with reports.
• Ensure work complies with codes and safety standards.
• Resolve scheduling issues and customer concerns.
• Closeout projects with inspections, warranties, and documentation.
