Job summary

Game Kings is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager / Sales Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from estimate through completion while also helping develop new business.

This hands-on role requires understanding of construction, ability to move projects along, and comfort working with customers, insurance professionals, subcontractors, and referral partners. Strong PM, estimating, customer service, and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential and/or commercial reconstruction projects.
• Knowledge of restoration, remodeling, construction methods, and building materials.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and construction crews.
• Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and change orders.
• Ability to read construction plans, estimates, scopes, and related documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from estimate through completion.
• Evaluate property damage and determine necessary repair and reconstruction scopes.
• Review mitigation documentation and prepare estimates, scopes of work, proposals, budgets, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, materials, inspections, and project schedules.
• Monitor project quality, costs, timelines, and profitability.
• Conduct job-site visits and document progress with photos and reports.
• Ensure work meets approved scopes, codes, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Resolve scheduling issues, project delays, customer concerns, and job-site challenges.
• Manage project closeout, including final inspections, customer approvals, warranties, and documentation.

Reconstruction Project Manager / Sales Manager

Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 Base Salary + Commission & Bonus Opportunities

Location: Naples, Florida

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager / Sales Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from initial estimate through final completion while also helping develop new business.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands construction, knows how to keep projects moving, and is comfortable working directly with customers, insurance professionals, subcontractors, and referral partners.

The right candidate will combine strong project management, estimating, customer service, and sales skills to deliver quality projects on time and profitably.

What You'll Do

Project Management & Reconstruction

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from estimate through completion
• Evaluate property damage and determine necessary repair and reconstruction scopes
• Review mitigation documentation and prepare estimates, scopes of work, proposals, budgets, and change orders
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, materials, inspections, and project schedules
• Monitor project quality, costs, timelines, and profitability

Sales & Customer Development

• Build relationships with property owners, insurance professionals, property managers, and referral partners
• Identify and develop new reconstruction opportunities
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the entire project
• Identify additional work opportunities and prepare change orders when appropriate
• Help expand the company's reconstruction customer and referral base

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing residential and/or commercial reconstruction projects
• Knowledge of restoration, remodeling, construction methods, and building materials
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and construction crews

• Ability to read construction plans, estimates, scopes, and related documentation

Highly Preferred

• Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software
• Knowledge of insurance restoration and claims processes
• Water-damage or property-restoration experience
• Previous sales or business-development experience within construction or restoration
• Experience working directly with insurance adjusters and property managers

Compensation & Benefits
