Job summary

OCI Restoration is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and light commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will manage all aspects of projects, coordinate with homeowners, adjusters, and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to code.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in reconstruction or restoration project management, strong construction knowledge, and Xactimate experience. IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in reconstruction, remodeling, or restoration project management.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and building practices.
• Experience managing insurance restoration projects preferred.
• Xactimate estimating experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• IICRC certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects from mitigation handoff through final completion.
• Review estimates, scopes of work, and supplements (Xactimate experience preferred).
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and inspections.
• Communicate regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Ensure work is performed to code, contract requirements, and company quality standards.
• Conduct site visits, progress inspections, and final walk-throughs.
• Track budgets, job costs, change orders, and project timelines.
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.

We specialize in water, fire, mold, and specialty restoration services and are rapidly growing our reconstruction division. We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and light commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.

Position Overview

The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of reconstruction projects following property damage losses. This role requires strong construction knowledge, organization, communication skills, and experience working with insurance-driven projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, adjusters, and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
