Job summary

iicrc is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to lead the Portland and Vancouver markets, driving the full rebuild lifecycle from mitigation to closeout. You will oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial restoration projects, coordinating a dependable subcontractor network and ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.

You will own budgets, track changes, and safeguard margins while liaising with owners, adjusters, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Residential and/or commercial reconstruction experience.
• Established subcontractor network or track record building one.
• Strong budgeting, cost tracking, and gross margin accountability.
• Excellent organization and communication across multiple active jobs.
• Working knowledge of building codes and permits.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of reconstruction projects from start through closeout.
• Build, schedule, and maintain a reliable base of subcontractors and trade partners.
• Own job budgets — track costs against estimates and manage change orders.
• Coordinate material selections, ordering, and deliveries.
• Communicate proactively with property owners, adjusters, and internal teams.
• Walk jobs to verify progress, quality, and code compliance.
• Maintain job files, photos, and documentation in our systems.
• Collaborate with mitigation and estimating teams for smooth handoffs.
