Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 3+ years in residential/commercial construction field management or site supervision.
• OSHA 10/30 certification required; IICRC WRT/FSRT preferred.
• Procore, Excel and scheduling tools proficiency; strong leadership and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Production Oversight & Scheduling: manage daily job site activities and subcontractor schedules.
• Subcontractor Coordination: assign work orders and verify scope and timing.
• Budgeting & Buyout: build detailed budgets and buy out with preferred subs.
• Quality & Safety: enforce OSHA safety policies and site quality standards.
• Closeout Support: gather completion docs and assist COS and final billing.
