Job summary

Frontier Services Group is seeking a Project Director / Estimator to take financial and administrative ownership of reconstruction projects from estimate to final closeout. You will ensure scope integrity, client communication, and billing compliance while maintaining accurate Procore records.

This on-site role focuses on coordinating with PMs and accounting, managing draw schedules, and delivering precise documentation. Experience in restoration estimating is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Business preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in restoration estimating or project administration; insurance-based billing, draw schedules, Xactimate and Symbility scopes.
• Xactimate Level 2 required; Symbility Certificate preferred; IICRC WRT or FSRT preferred; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections, including Docusketch capture and condition documentation.
• Write detailed estimates in Xactimate and Symbility (ESX, PDF) with defined turnaround.
• Present scope and pricing to the customer, clarify contract terms, and secure signed work authorization.
• Upload estimate documents and signed contracts to Procore within 24 hours of execution.
• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates on draw requests, supplements, and billing.
• Maintain accurate Procore records: estimates, contracts, draw logs, supplements, approvals, and COS.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure billing cadence matches executed draw schedule.
• Create and communicate the project draw schedule at time of contract execution.
• Proactively initiate draw requests in alignment with production milestones.
• Track received payments and follow up on any delays or customer issues.
• Collaborate with PMs to confirm readiness for each billing stage.
• Identify potential supplements due to scope gaps, unforeseen conditions, or code upgrades.
• Submit supplements to carriers or customers, track approval status, and update financials accordingly.
• Maintain supplement logs and revised estimate versions in Procore.
• Ensure all required project documentation is completed: COS, final photos, punch list approvals.
• Confirm all drawing payments and supplements have been received.
• Submit final invoice package and close out project in coordination with accounting.
• Archive all job documentation in Procore according to company policy.
