Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or bachelor’s in construction management or related field preferred
• Experience: 3+ years in residential or commercial construction field management or site supervision
• Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30 required. IICRC WRT or FSRT preferred
• Skills: Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Excel, scheduling tools. Strong leadership and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily job site activities and subcontractor schedules
• Maintain the production schedule and ensure on-time progress for each phase
• Address field issues, delays, and resolve site conflicts quickly and effectively
• Conduct job site meetings, inspections, and ensure quality expectations are met
• Coordinate punch list walkthroughs and final inspections
