Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG is seeking a New Construction Project Manager to lead the construction division, oversee budgets and daily operations, and ensure high-quality service for clients affected by water, fire, or mold damage.

You will inspect sites, review blueprints, coordinate manpower and materials, manage client relationships, and collaborate with subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The construction project manager is responsible for various functions that manage the construction division successfully. They are responsible for setting project budgets, managing daily operations, and identifying areas of improvement while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in Construction services.

At SERVPRO, our core business is water, fire, and mold restoration, and there are enormous opportunities on the construction side!

Our New Construction Project Manager Will

• Attend walk-throughs at job sites to review existing conditions

Position Requirements

We Expect Our Employees To

• Have reliable transportation
• Work a 40-hour work week during regular business hours (8am to 5pm)
• Be available evenings and weekends to work overtime with notice
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law

• Exposure to extreme conditions, such as heat

Wage dependent upon experience. New employees undergo a review after the first 90 days to determine fit.
