Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG is seeking hands-on restoration professionals to respond quickly to emergencies and perform water, fire, and mold restoration tasks. You will manage tools, equipment, and supplies while coordinating with team members and clients to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or related trades preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus and training opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergency situations (water, fire, mold, etc.).
• Perform hands-on restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, and set up of drying equipment.
• Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and materials for each job.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers, providing updates during difficult times.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to emergency situations (water, fire, mold, etc.)
• Perform hands‑on restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, and set up of drying or specialty equipment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work occasional on‑call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related trades preferred
• IICRC certification a plus (training opportunities available!)

Physical Demands & Competencies

• Lift 50+ lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs (with help)
• Comfortable working on ladders, at heights, or in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry heavy materials repeatedly
• Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and restoration materials
