Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to supervise on-site operations for fire, water, and mold restoration projects. You will act as the on-site liaison for Project Managers, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work progresses on schedule.

The role demands travel between active sites, strong leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have 5+ years in field construction and 2–3 years in a supervisory role, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on field construction experience.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience as a Foreman, Ride Boss, or similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction, restoration, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to manage multiple active job sites while prioritizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial site inspections and assist with job scoping.
• Serve as the on-site representative for Project Managers.
• Monitor job progress to ensure work meets quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on active job sites.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for production schedules, times lines, and workmanship.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project completion.
• Communicate project updates, concerns, and progress with Project Managers.
• Complete punch list items and minor jobs when necessary.
• Ensure jobs remain clean, safe, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and subcontractors while representing the company professionally.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our growing team. This role serves as the on-site representative for our Project Managers, ensuring jobs stay on schedule, subcontractors meet quality expectations, and projects are completed efficiently. You’ll spend most of your day traveling between job sites, conducting inspections, supervising subcontractors, resolving field issues, and keeping projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold subcontractors accountable for production schedules, times lines, and workmanship.

• Perform regular job site visits throughout the day across multiple projects.


• Complete punch list items and minor jobs when necessary.


• Ensure jobs remain clean, safe, organized, and compliant with company standards.


• Build positive relationships with customers and subcontractors while representing the company professionally.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on field experience in construction, or related trade required.


• 2-3 years of leadership experience as a Foreman, Ride Boss, or similar field supervisory role preferred.


• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction, restoration, and subcontractor management.


• Proven ability to direct field operations and hold subcontractors accountable for quality, productivity, and project timelines.


• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.


• Ability to manage multiple active job sites while prioritizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.


• Comfortable making independent decisions in the field and resolving issues with minimal supervision.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to work in extreme conditions, including heat


• Ability to walk, stand, drive, sit, and climb for extended periods


• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling height


• Exposure to loud noise levels at job sites


• Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable laws


• Valid driver's license


• Previous experience with Dash and Xactimate a plus
