You will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on schedule and within budget while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires 3+ years in reconstruction or construction project management, strong knowledge of building codes, and excellent client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular site visits in the Phoenix area.
• Xactimate experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of reconstruction projects from initial assessment through project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project scopes of work.
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, or risks proactively.
