Job summary

Jobtailor in Alabama is seeking a Field Lead for insurance restoration projects. You will oversee production activities in the field, inspect commercial and residential restoration tasks, and ensure proper documentation with notes and photos per policy.

You will explain processes to customers, guide next steps to resolution, and supervise technicians with daily project monitoring to ensure quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance restoration and/or construction industries.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Certifications in restoration are a plus (ASD, FSRT, OCT, WRT).

Requirements

• Certifications preferred: ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician
• FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician
• OCT – Odor Control Technician
• WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician
