Job summary

Sasser Restoration seeks an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from planning through completion. You will manage timelines, coordinate field teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects align with quality standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing residential or commercial construction, restoration, or reconstruction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building practices, and project sequencing.
• Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication with customers, field teams, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects from scope development through final completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and a professional experience.
• Review scopes, estimates, schedules, and documentation to ensure accurate execution; coordinate with superintendents, trade specialists, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while monitoring deadlines, milestones, and overall progress.
• Communicate project updates, changes, challenges, and expectations with customers and leadership.
• Identify potential project issues and collaborate to develop solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including photos, notes, change orders and progress updates.
• Assist with material selections, ordering, scheduling, and coordination to keep projects moving.
• Ensure completed work meets Sasser Restoration’s quality standards.

KeyResponsibilities:

Managereconstructionprojectsfromscopedevelopmentthroughfinalcompletion.

Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforcustomers,ensuringclearcommunicationandaprofessionalexperiencethroughouttheproject.

Reviewprojectscopes,estimates,schedules,anddocumentationtoensureaccurateprojectexecution.CoordinatewithReconstructionSuperintendents,TradeSpecialists,subcontractors,vendors,andinternalteamstomaintainprojectprogress.

Developandmaintainprojectscheduleswhilemonitoringdeadlines,milestones,andoverallprojectperformance.

Qualifications:

3+yearsofexperiencemanagingresidentialorcommercialconstruction,reconstruction,orrestorationprojects.

Strongunderstandingofconstructionprocesses,buildingpractices,andprojectsequencing.

Experiencemanagingmultipleprojectsfromstarttofinish.

Strongorganizationalskillswiththeabilitytoprioritizetasksandmanagechangingprojectneeds.Excellentcommunicationskillswithcustomers,fieldteams,subcontractors,andleadership.

Detail-orientedwithafocusonaccuracy,documentation,andqualitycontrol.

Abilitytoidentifychallenges,evaluateoptions,andimplementpracticalsolutions.
