As a Project Manager, you will oversee renovation projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with various stakeholders including homeowners, property owners, project coordinators, subcontractors, and technicians. Your responsibilities include monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, collections, and ensuring timely project completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Uphold honesty and integrity in representing Voda.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, processes, and applicable laws.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members across departments.
• Work closely with foremen, tradesmen, estimators, and project coordinators during restorations.
• Coordinate with the President on project documentation and administrative matters.
• Communicate with insurance providers and property owners.
• Follow all program and TPA guidelines.
• Manage tradesmen and review estimates.
• Achieve operational goals including sales, gross margin, job closings, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Track metrics during goal-setting meetings.
