Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations of reconstruction projects, ensuring high-quality service with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers involved in reconstruction services.

Responsibilities

• Perform final walk-through with customer and secure signed Completion of Work and Satisfaction Certificate
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers
• Set expectations and provide project updates to customers and subcontractors
• Schedule subcontractors and material suppliers
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements
• Document all project activities
• Maintain quality standards through site inspections
• Evaluate and rate vendors and subcontractors
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdiction
• Identify areas outside of scope
• Manage jobs with a project schedule based on the approved scope
• Provide daily progress photos and weekly updates
• Monitor customer payments on assigned jobs

Qualifications

• Proven customer service excellence
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong understanding of construction processes and methods
• Ability to interpret contract documents
• Experience in project estimates and invoicing
• Strong relationship management skills with subcontractors
• Leadership and project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
