Project Managers work with owners, technicians, and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as fires or floods to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. As a Project Manager, you will manage mitigation efforts to prevent further damages and control the budget effectively. This role involves significant fieldwork to ensure projects are completed properly.

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

  • Ability to lead and develop a team

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) preferred but not required

Mitigation project management experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Role on the Team (Job Functions):

  • Meet operational objectives: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly meetings
  • Confirm budgets and work orders before project start
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Participate in local community events
  • Build relationships with key customers and B2B partners
  • Seek partnerships to improve vendor and tradesman performance
