Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily reconstruction project operations.
• Ensure high-quality service for customers, clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Conduct final walk-throughs and secure customer sign-offs.
• Hold pre-construction meetings and set clear expectations.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain detailed documentation.
• Schedule subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with plans, codes, and scope of work.
• Perform site inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Evaluate vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate inspections with local authorities.
• Identify scope deviations and manage project schedules.
• Capture daily progress photos and update customers weekly.
• Monitor customer payments based on project schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and contract documents.
• Experience with project estimates and invoicing data.
