Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is currently seeking a Reconstruction Superintendent who will work closely with the Reconstruction Project Managers, Vendors, In-house labor, Subcontractors, and Clients to facilitate materials handling and ensure quality throughout projects.

You will supervise material sourcing and transportation, inspect sites, document progress with photos, and meet with clients and trades as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction.
• 2+ years of foreman-level or higher supervision experience.
• IICRC certification is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and transporting job materials and overseeing receiving and distribution of materials and equipment
• Visiting job sites and reviewing files and progress notes to ensure smooth project completion
• Working closely with multiple Project Managers to supervise for quality, and provide written and photographic documentation of job progress
• Meeting with Clients, Vendors, Adjusters, and Subcontractors in Project Manager's place when needed
