Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services in the United States is seeking a Reconstruction Superintendent who will work closely with project managers, vendors, and clients to coordinate materials handling and ensure quality on site.

Responsibilities include sourcing and transporting materials, visiting job sites, supervising for quality, and documenting progress with photos and notes. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $28.00-$38.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction.
• 2+ years of foreman-level or higher supervision experience.
• IICRC certification is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Source and transport job materials; oversee receiving and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Visit job sites; review files and progress notes for smooth project completion.
• Work with Project Managers to supervise quality; provide written and photographic progress documents.
• Meet with clients, vendors, adjusters, and subcontractors as needed.

Job Summary DRYmedic Restoration Services is currently seeking a Reconstruction Superintendent that will work closely with the Reconstruction Project Managers, Project Coordinator, Vendors, In-house labor, Subcontractors, and Clients to facilitate materials handling and job quality.

Responsibilities

Sourcing and transporting job materials and overseeing receiving and distribution of materials and equipment

Visiting job sites and reviewing files and progress notes to ensure smooth project completion

Working closely with multiple Project Managers to supervise for quality, and provide written and photographic documentation of job progress

Meeting with Clients, Vendors, Adjusters, and Subcontractors in Project Manager’s place when needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in construction

2+ years of experience foreman-level or higher supervision experience

IICRC certified a plus

Must have a valid driver’s license

Full-time, Monday through Friday

Pay Range: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
