Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Reconstruction Superintendent to oversee materials handling and project coordination with Project Managers, Vendors, and Clients to ensure quality and timely completion. You will source and transport materials, review progress notes, and supervise for quality across projects while coordinating with Clients, Vendors, and Subcontractors.

Must have 2+ years construction experience, 2+ years foreman-level supervision, IICRC certification a plus, and a valid

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction.
• 2+ years of experience foreman-level or higher supervision experience.
• IICRC certification is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and transporting job materials and overseeing receiving and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Visiting job sites and reviewing files and progress notes to ensure smooth project completion.
• Working closely with multiple Project Managers to supervise for quality and provide documentation of progress.
• Meeting with Clients, Vendors, Adjusters, and Subcontractors as needed.

Job Summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is currently seeking a Reconstruction Superintendent that will work closely with the Reconstruction Project Managers, Project Coordinator, Vendors, In-house labor, Subcontractors, and Clients to facilitate materials handling and job quality.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and transporting job materials and overseeing receiving and distribution of materials and equipment
• Visiting job sites and reviewing files and progress notes to ensure smooth project completion
• Working closely with multiple Project Managers to supervise for quality, and provide written and photographic documentation of job progress
• Meeting with Clients, Vendors, Adjusters, and Subcontractors in Project Manager's place when needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction
• 2+ years of experience foreman-level or higher supervision experience
• IICRC certified a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Full-time, Monday through Friday

Pay Range

$28.00-$38.00 per hour
