SERVPRO of Pewaukee & Sussex is seeking a motivated Reconstruction Estimator / Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong construction knowledge, estimating experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of construction estimating or project management experience.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and develop detailed reconstruction estimates.
• Create scopes of work for residential and commercial reconstruction projects.
• Manage reconstruction projects from start to completion.
