SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is seeking a Reconstruction Estimator for our Arlington Franchise. This full-time role focuses on preparing accurate damage estimates and pricing restoration work to help families recover from fire and water damage.

You will analyze scope, collaborate with project managers, and ensure estimates meet client needs while delivering exceptional service. Proficiency with Xactimate is required; travel is local with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience.
• Excellent customer service record.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced math skills.
• Proficient in Xactimate estimating software.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Team player.
• Good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships for construction services.
• Educate the customer on the construction process.
• Work with customers to define upgrades and changes.
• Ensure estimates meet client requirements.
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for projects.
• Prepare accurate initial scope and sketches.
• Deliver and communicate estimate to Project Manager.
