SERVPRO Chantilly Franchise is seeking a Reconstruction Estimator to support our restoration projects in Chantilly, VA. You will estimate labor, materials, and timelines, educate clients on the process, and collaborate with project teams to price bid items and deliver clear scopes of work.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in construction estimating or insurance adjusting, excellent communication, and strong math skills. Proficiency with Xactimate is a must.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Advanced math skills.
• Proficient use of Xactimate estimating software.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team Player and reliable.
• Must have good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationship for construction services and educate on the construction process.
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements; create initial estimate and bid items with clear scope.
• Identify project constraints and coordinate with Project Manager to price items and finalize estimates.
