gpac is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to support commercial and multifamily reconstruction projects after water, fire, and storm damage in Northern Virginia. The role focuses on estimating, scoping, pricing, and securing restoration work, requiring a strong construction background and clear pricing communication.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in estimating, knowledge of construction methods, MF projects, and proficiency with pricing and negotiation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction, restoration, or reconstruction estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, labor, and pricing.
• Experience estimating commercial or multifamily construction projects.
• Ability to scope projects, build estimates, and confidently present pricing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Xactimate or similar estimating software preferred, but not required.
• Insurance restoration experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

Construction Estimator - Commercial Restoration & Reconstruction

Location: Northern Virginia

Compensation: $90,000-$160,000+ (Based on Experience)

Overview

We're hiring an experienced Construction Estimator to support commercial and multifamily reconstruction projects following water, fire, storm, and other property losses. This role focuses on estimating, scoping, pricing, and securing reconstruction work. We're looking for someone with a strong construction background who understands how projects are built, can develop accurate estimates, and confidently communicate pricing and scope. Restoration experience is preferred, but strong construction estimating experience is equally valuable.

What You'll Do

• Prepare estimates for commercial and multifamily reconstruction projects
