Job summary

Flood Guys Restoration in Greendale, WI is seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead the reconstruction division’s client engagements, from inspections to signed contracts. You will translate property assessments into detailed scopes and estimates, present packages to owners, and drive growth with a strong commission structure.

A valid driver's license and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing or sales experience in construction/restoration.
• Ability to learn or execute construction and reconstruction scoping and estimating processes.
• Strong closing ability guiding clients from consultation to signed contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with property owners and insurance reps.
• Self-motivated to organize daily sales activities and manage a dynamic pipeline.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site property inspections to assess damage and guide customers through reconstruction.
• Construct detailed reconstruction scopes and estimates aligned with codes.
• Present estimate packages to owners and guide contract signing and onboarding.
• Identify and propose additional service options or upgrades to maximize value.
• Deliver complete job files and customer details to project managers for smooth handoffs.
• Cultivate a strong pipeline of leads and follow up on inspection requests.
• Track daily sales metrics, pipeline conversion, and total project values.
