Flood Guys Restoration is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead multi-site rebuilds across southeastern Wisconsin, directing water, fire and storm-damaged properties back to finished, livable spaces while coordinating with customers and subcontractors from start to finish.

This full-time, on-site role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in construction project management, a valid driver's license, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage budgets and timelines,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management.
• Solid understanding of construction trades, sequencing, and building codes.
• Strong organizational skills and communication with customers and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple active reconstruction job sites across the service area.
• Coordinate project execution with customers and subcontractors from start to finish.
• Order and schedule materials to keep jobs moving.
• Perform quality control on subcontractor work before customer walkthroughs.
• Own customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Plan and schedule upcoming jobs to maintain pipeline and budget adherence.
