Job summary

Thomasville Restoration is building a world-class Project Coordination Team and seeks a Reconstruction Job File Coordinator to join the effort. You will receive new job assignments, set them up in DASH, and coordinate with customers and departments to schedule jobs and estimates.

You’ll monitor TPAs, ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, maintain WIP, conduct audits, and close out files. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing restoration

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience.
• At least 2 years as a coordinator or administrator, preferably in home restoration.
• English fluency; Spanish a strong plus.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive new job assignments, set them up in DASH, and coordinate with customers and departments to schedule jobs and estimates.
• Monitor TPAs daily to ensure compliance with SLAs, requirements, targets, and KPIs.
• Maintain job file status, WIP, and provide periodic updates required by TPAs and insurers.
• Complete regular job audits to ensure data integrity and complete documentation.
• Close out jobs and ensure job files are complete.
• Problem-solve scheduling and customer-satisfaction conflicts.
