Walser Automotive Group is hiring a Reconditioning Center Light Duty Technician in Minnesota. The role focuses on oil changes, bulbs/filters, and minor repairs across used vehicles, performing start-to-finish reconditioning with safety as a priority.

Requirements include being 18+, valid license, team orientation, and owning basic tools. The job offers a stable schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for growth within a family-owned dealership network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be team oriented.
• Automotive degree and/or certification preferred.
• Ability to provide your own basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes
• Replace bulbs and air filters
• Check fluid levels, brakes, tires and other minor repairs on all makes and models of used vehicles
• Make virtually all repairs needed to recondition cars start to finish
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets
• Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in Recon warehouse service departments
• Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in Recon warehouse service departments
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

Schedule:6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday - Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Perform oil changes

What You Bring:
