Job summary

LemFi is building a cross-border financial platform and seeks a Reconciliation and Investigation/Resolution Supervisor in London. You will lead day-to-day reconciliation operations within our Finance team, owning quality from bank and ledger reconciliations to dispute resolution and partner reporting, while coaching peers to improve weekly.

You will evolve the reconciliations function, ensuring audit-ready processes, maintaining partner relations, and delivering insight-led reports to Finance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-volume transaction reconciliation across fintech products.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team in reconciliations or finance operations.
• Deep understanding of payment and settlement transaction chains in a global/multi-currency context.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reconciliation tools or structured manual processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with tight month-end deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality assurance across all transaction reconciliations and cover for Reconciliations Manager when needed.
• Identify, investigate and resolve account discrepancies before they impact customers or partners.
• Lead the team’s SLA performance on disputes and escalations with thorough documentation for audit.
• Drive process improvements across reconciliation procedures, leveraging AI-assisted tooling where beneficial.
• Manage internal and external audit cycles end-to-end with thorough evidence and documentation.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with banking and payments partners to align operations with new products.
