Finom is seeking a senior Reconciliation & Reporting Process Owner to join our EU operations, empowering fast, scalable, self-monitoring financial reconciliations across SEPA, SWIFT, card payments, and investments. You will automate reporting, improve data quality, and build dashboards with BI tools.

You will work autonomously in a regulated financial environment, collaborating with Finance and external data providers to streamline complex money flows and portfolio reconciliations across Europe.

Formación

• 5+ years working directly in reconciliation, payments operations, or a closely related financial operations role.
• Strong SQL skills and optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization/BI tools (Databricks, Metabase, Tableau).
• Experience using AI tools to speed up automation and processes.
• Engineer mindset: decompose manual workflows into automatable steps.
• Autonomous with minimal supervision and ownership mindset.
• Clear communication of technical and numerical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture of reconciliation processes across SEPA, SWIFT, and card payments end-to-end.
• Extend reconciliation to investment/portfolio areas with external data providers where needed.
• Own reporting: automate vendor and regulatory reports and link them to underlying reconciliation datasets.
• Design data quality validations at the source.
• Automate repetitive steps using internal tooling or external platforms.
• Build dashboards for reconciliation monitoring and real-time visibility of breaks and aging items.
• Drive structural fixes from recurring issues or KRIs; implement solutions.
• Be the internal SME on reconciliation data and tooling; collaborate with Finance.
