Job summary

SEI is looking for an Operations Analyst to join the Reconciliation team in Oaks, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reconciliation of custodial and prime broker accounts, coordinating communication with clients and internal teams. A BA/BS in Accounting or a related field is required, along with strong communication and Excel skills. The role offers a hybrid working environment and a wide range of benefits including health care and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to complete multiple client deliverables.
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and adaptability to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Fund Accounting and Portfolio Accounting teams.
• Collect and maintain security pricing details from vendors.
• Communicate with internal and client teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in professional development sessions.

Skills

Ability to work 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Education

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics
