Hondru Auto Group is seeking a dedicated Recon Technician to ensure our new and used vehicles are presented in pristine condition. This full-time, hourly role follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with starting pay based on experience.

You will vacuum interiors, wash surfaces, and treat fabrics to preserve the look of our inventory. You will also inspect vehicles for any defects and ensure quality across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality work.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a good work ethic.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts as part of a Mon-Fri pattern.
• Experience in auto recon or related field is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Vacuum interiors to remove dirt and debris.
• Wash interior and exterior surfaces, including windows.
• Clean upholstery, rugs and other surfaces with cleaners.
• Apply vinyl/leather revitalizers and preservation agents.
• Treat fabrics to resist stains and wear.
• Inspect vehicles for dents, scratches, and mechanical issues.

As a Recon Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our new and used vehicles look their absolute best.

This full-time, hourly position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with a starting wage based on your experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Vacuuminteriors to keep our vehicles clean and tidy, removing loose dirt and debris.

Washinside and out, including windows and all interior components.

Cleanupholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using effective cleaning agents and tools.

Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to vinyl and leather interiors to keep them looking new.

Treat fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals to maintain vehicle quality.

Inspect vehicles for defects like dents, scratches, and any mechanical issues.
