Hondru Auto Group in Mount Joy, PA is seeking a full-time Recon Technician to prep new and used vehicles for showroom and lot readiness. You will vacuum interiors, wash inside and out, clean upholstery, apply revitalizers, treat fabrics, and inspect for dents or mechanical issues.

This hourly role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with pay based on experience, and includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO and other employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality work.
• Ability to work your scheduled shifts.
• Experience preferred but not required.

This full-time, hourly position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with a starting wage based on your experience.

Vacuuminteriors to keep our vehicles clean and tidy, removing loose dirt and debris.

Washinside and out, including windows and all interior components.

Cleanupholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using effective cleaning agents and tools.

Treat fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals to maintain vehicle quality.

Inspect vehicles for defects like dents, scratches, and any mechanical issues.
