Job summary

Revvity in San Diego is seeking a Recombinant Manufacturing Biochemist to join the Molecular Cellular Biology (MCBio) group. You will contribute to production of recombinant protein products, including expression, purification, and buffer preparation, working in a structured lab environment.

The role involves bacterial culture, affinity purification, DNA isolation, and maintaining batch records compliant with ISO13485:2016.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related area.
• 6 months hands-on experience with bacterial and/or mammalian cell culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare buffers and cell culture media.
• Perform transformation and culture of bacterial cells (1-50 liters).
• Assist in purification of recombinant protein using affinity tags.
• Maintain batch records and ISO13485 documentation.
