Reclectic, URBN's growing brand, is expanding a new location in Kennesaw, GA. We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead store fixturing, product placement, and display while supporting daily operations to create an inspiring customer experience.

The role centers on directing visual direction, planning layouts, training staff, and collaborating with Home Office to optimize presentation, safety, inventory, and profitability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assesses business and product sell-through to identify store successes and opportunities; effectively leads an empowered team to make strategic, creative, business-impacting decisions.
• Oversees and collaborates with key partners to manage visual direction; prioritizes shipment and optimizes product flow to efficiently impact sell-through, sales, and customer experience.
• Interprets Home Office direction to impact store’s structure, presentation, and overall productivity to drive store sales. Initiates conversation with Home Office leadership to continuously improve presentation and experience.
• Takes a forward-thinking approach to make a strategic plan for execution and recovery of sell through and markdowns.
• Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store.

Role Summary

Reclectic is growing and opening a new location in Kennesaw, GA! We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Managerto join this team.

The Visual Merchandising Manager directs store fixturing, product placement, and display while supporting daily operations to create an inspiring and dynamic experience for the customer.

Role Responsibilities

Visual + Business Operations

• Assesses business and product sell-through to identify store successes and opportunities; effectively leads an empowered team to make strategic, creative, business-impacting decisions
• Oversees and collaborates with key partners to manage visual direction; prioritizes shipment and optimizes product flow to efficiently impact sell-through, sales, and customer experience
• Interprets Home Office direction to impact store’s structure, presentation, and overall productivity to drive store sales. Initiates conversation with Home Office leadership to continuously improve presentation and experience

• Leads and supports the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through efficient operations, merchandising, and in-store marketing to create a compelling atmosphere
• Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment to support an exceptional and genuine customer experience
• Interpret and elevate customer feedback and team insights to positively improve the Reclectic experience and operation

• Exhibits critical thinking skills, maintains a solutions-based mindset, and is comfortable in fluid situations. Approaches business challenges tactically and collaborates with appropriate partners to resolve timely.
