Job summary

Rock Entertainment Group is seeking a Reclaim Operator to safely operate the production line, perform quality checks, and ensure product quality. The role requires adherence to safety rules, efficient production, and accurate documentation.

You will manage equipment like forklifts and assist in feeding the Coex grinder, with opportunities to rotate across lines as needed. The position emphasizes teamwork, strong math skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum prior manufacturing or similar experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and good mathematical skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication, with coachable attitude.
• Familiarity with safety rules in manufacturing environments.
• Comfort with fast-paced work and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the production line for multiple products, meeting production rates and customer specs while minimizing waste.
• Perform quality checks (length/weight, vacuum, micrometer) and accurately complete required paperwork.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack; assist Coex operator in feeding the Coex grinder.
• Maintain PPE usage, follow LOTO, TPM/PM tasks, and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Support maintenance with troubleshooting as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations and report hazards to supervisors immediately.
• May rotate to different production lines per demand and perform other duties.
