Inteplast Engineered Films, Inc. is seeking a Reclaim Operator B to oversee the daily operation of the pelletizing reclaim system and support the Film line.

You will interact with teammates to maintain a productive environment and assist Film Line Technicians as needed, while ensuring safe and efficient operations. The role requires basic computing, strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and reliable attendance, with flexibility for non-standard hours.

• Computing knowledge is required.

• Mechanical aptitude is needed to operate and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate reclaim equipment and manage paperwork, inspections, and documentation.
• Work toward departmental production and quality objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Plant Safety and Product Safety requirements.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and report unsafe conditions to senior staff.
• Identify and correct quality defects and segregate products as required.
• Assist other operators and prepare for extrusion/slitting production.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and comply with housekeeping policies.
• Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.
