Job Description

The Ashburnham-Westminster Regional School District is seeking caring, dependable, and energetic individuals to serve as Elementary Recess Aides for the 2026–2027 school year.

Recess Aides play an important role in creating a safe, positive, and enjoyable outdoor environment where students can build friendships, stay active, and develop social skills. The successful candidate will supervise students during recess, encourage positive interactions, and help ensure that all students remain safe while enjoying outdoor play.

Weather permitting, this job takes place outdoors.

Position Type: Part-time

Salary: $15 to $15 Per Hour
