Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Recertification Specialist to ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, IHDA, and related programs. You will manage resident certifications, coordinate with third parties, and maintain accurate documentation.

You will support audits, maintain reporting on certification status and waiting lists, and provide backup support for property operations when needed. Strong attention to detail and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in affordable housing with recertifications; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC, and IHDA or similar programs desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; RealPage OneSite experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all resident certifications and recertifications from initiation to completion.
• Enter certification data into OneSite and maintain accurate files.
• Support audits, MORs, and internal reviews with documentation.
• Prepare reports on certification status, waiting lists, rents, and deposits.
• Provide backup coverage for Property Manager and assist with filing; respond to resident questions.
