Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group seeks a Recertification Specialist to manage resident certifications for affordable housing programs. You will coordinate notifications, collect signatures, and verify third-party documents to ensure program compliance.

The role requires experience with HUD/LIHTC/IHDA, data entry into OneSite, and collaboration with property teams to support audits and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in affordable housing with recertification responsibilities preferred; HUD/LIHTC experience valued.
• Illinois Real Estate Leasing Agent License required within 120 days if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Manage all resident certifications and recertifications from initiation to completion to ensure HUD/LIHTC/IHDA compliance.
• Notify residents at required intervals (120/90/60 days) and collect signatures within deadlines.
• Request and follow up with third-party verifications; verify documentation for accuracy.
