Responsibilities include timely notifications to residents, data entry into OneSite, maintaining compliance with program requirements, and assisting with general property operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in affordable housing with recertification responsibilities; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC, IHDA programs strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident certifications from start to finish with timely notifications.
• Complete Resident Questionnaire and third‑party forms with residents.
• Send third‑party verifications and follow up as needed.
• Enter data into OneSite and collect signatures on time.
• Maintain HUD/LIHTC/IHDA compliance and prepare audits.
• Support reporting, waiting lists, rents, and deposits.
• Assist with move-in/out paperwork and file retention.
• Collaborate with site staff to support operations.
