Springfield Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center is seeking a weekend receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and support a busy healthcare environment. The role requires 1–2 years of receptionist experience, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask and schedule appointments in a friendly, professional setting.

The position is part-time with dental, vision, disability insurance, a 401(k) match, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

Weekend Receptionist for Great SNF in Springfield, MO

Springfield Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center is looking for a receptionist with prior experience to join our team! We are a 146 bed facility with a home like environment and a new 30 bed rehab wing!! You will enjoy working in a family - oriented atmosphere!

The ideal candidate will be able to create a great first impression for our customers, be able to interact professionally with a variety of disciplines, have exceptional organizational skills, be flexible, be able to learn new tasks and initiate projects independently/ complete timely, and provide excellent customer service while multi- tasking numerous calls and responding to the needs of our customers.

Required Skills:

- 1 to 2 years prior experience performing receptionist duties in professional setting and healthcare experience preferred

• Must be able to provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking numerous calls and responding to the needs of customers visiting our healthcare center
• Must be good with setting appointments, and flexible with duties and time
