Job summary

Avantara Long Grove in Long Grove, IL is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will welcome guests, direct calls, sort and forward mail, and provide office support to the facilities team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, prior receptionist or customer service experience is preferred, and you must speak fluent English. Hours are Saturdays and Sundays 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

• Greet all facility guests and direct calls to the appropriate party.

We are currently searching for a Receptionist for Weekends only to join our friendly, caring and supportive team!

Hours: Saturday and Sundays 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm. $17.00 per hour.

As a Receptionist you are instrumental in the efficiency of operations throughout the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Long Grove by providing office/clerical support to the facilities team, greeting all facility guests, directing calls and guests to the appropriate party and receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Receptionist and/or one (1) year of experience in a customer service role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
• Must speak fluent English.
