Qualifications

• Greeting visitors and directing calls professionally.
• Maintaining guest logs and basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and directs calls to residents and staff.
• Sorts, delivers and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may assist with basic office tasks and visitor log maintenance.
• May respond to resident emergencies following community protocol.
